前一鎮子入手一台老K...(一代K)

本來想換換管...但想想年事已大...盡量別再匪類了

加上自己近來騎車都在遨遊.代步.所以低調點~

先搞個免錢的試試----->通管

不過不是真的把它變成直通管......而是觸煤而已

真正直通管要切開拿掉隔版的.....要搞到全直通.就直接換改裝品了

更何況全直通會犧牲低速扭力..這也是咱家老K不想改市售管的原因

原廠雖然高速好拉..但起步扭力偏弱..

倘若再改管...更會讓起步或低速雪上加霜 ..除非真的能檔擋不讓轉速掉下.

不過...這樣騎..真的很累的..

這次就先來個扭力轉速兼顧的窮人改裝巴

此管好處如下:

1.成本低

2.低速扭力不流失(隔版保留...也保留住回壓)

3.有效出力轉速能多延後一些

4.高速排氣順暢增加

5.排溫降低

6.無條子刁難煩惱

7.聲浪依舊低調.沒拉轉感受不到聲音差異(尾段口徑無改.無多鑽排孔)

  可避免無謂挑釁與白眼


工法如下:

1.拆下尾段

2.準備鑿子鐵鎚以及長尖嘴鉗

3.取下前固定十字鐵架

4.以間嘴鉗插入觸媒.夾緊後一片片扭轉取出.切勿一次鑿到底讓觸媒金屬擠成一團

5.鑿穿後固定十字鐵架

6.倒出剩餘碎屑

7.以水灌洗

8.以風槍清理

9.組裝回去

個人覺得轉速確實有更好拉.而且扭力點延後.排氣更順暢

重點是不會變吵....

當然對愛車健康更好摟~..少了觸媒.苦了環保

咳....不過本篇是技術文件...環保先略而不談
